
Fiber February: Let's Go Out with a Flush🚽💨
We’re closing out Fiber February, and what better way to finish strong than by talking about… poop? 💩
If you’ve been following along, you know that fiber is essential for gut health, digestion, and keeping things moving (literally). If you missed any of my posts on fiber types and how much you need, go back and check them out!
Why does this matter? When waste lingers in the colon too long, it can increase the risk of colon cancer and other digestive issues. Soluble fiber feeds your good gut bacteria, while insoluble fiber adds bulk and keeps things flowing. So, eat your fiber and give your colon some love!

As we step into March, we’re celebrating March MATness—not Madness, but MATness! This is a fun movement in the Pilates world that brings attention back to mat Pilates, where it all began.
