3. Booking, Payments & Packages

Sessions, classes, and packages must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.

Packages may include expiration dates, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Payment & Credit Card Processing Policy

Credit Card Processing Fees

Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a non-refundable processing fee, charged at the time of transaction.

This fee reflects the cost charged by third-party payment processors and is not retained as revenue by Anchor to Life Pilates.

Processing fees apply to all purchases, including sessions, packages, workshops, events, memberships, and digital content.
Online Payment Requirement

All credit card payments are processed through our secure online system (Momence).

In-person credit card swiping is no longer available.

Clients choosing to pay by credit card must complete payment online prior to or at the time of service.
Alternative Fee-Free Payment Options
To avoid processing fees, clients may choose:

5. Cancellation & Late Policy
Effective January 1, 2026, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged a $25 fee.

This policy applies to private sessions and applicable classes unless otherwise stated.

Late cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
This policy helps honor reserved appointment time and supports the sustainability of our small business.

6. Workshops, Events & Retreats

Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
