By participating in services offered by Anchor to Life Pilates, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical activity involves inherent risks.

• You are responsible for consulting with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

• Anchor to Life Pilates does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation services.

You assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to engage in services at your own risk.

3. Booking, Payments & Packages

 

• Sessions, classes, and packages must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.

• All sales are final unless explicitly noted.

• Packages may include expiration dates, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

• Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Payment & Credit Card Processing Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit & debit cards (processed securely online)

• ACH bank transfer

• Zelle

• Cash or check (in-studio only)

Credit Card Processing Fees

• Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a non-refundable processing fee, charged at the time of transaction.

• This fee reflects the cost charged by third-party payment processors and is not retained as revenue by Anchor to Life Pilates.

• Processing fees apply to all purchases, including sessions, packages, workshops, events, memberships, and digital content.

Online Payment Requirement

• All credit card payments are processed through our secure online system (Momence).

• In-person credit card swiping is no longer available.

• Clients choosing to pay by credit card must complete payment online prior to or at the time of service.

Alternative Fee-Free Payment Options

To avoid processing fees, clients may choose:

• ACH bank transfer

• Zelle

• Cash or check (where applicable)

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

5. Cancellation & Late Policy

Effective January 1, 2026, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged a $25 fee.

• This policy applies to private sessions and applicable classes unless otherwise stated.

• Late cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

This policy helps honor reserved appointment time and supports the sustainability of our small business.

6. Workshops, Events & Retreats

 

• Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Event-specific policies regarding cancellations, transfers, or credits will be outlined on individual event pages.

• Participation in events constitutes acceptance of event-specific terms.

All website content, videos, written materials, logos, branding, educational resources, and digital products are the intellectual property of Anchor to Life Pilates and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Anchor to Life Pilates reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual engaging in behavior that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful toward staff or other participants.
