Anna has been working with me for 10 months, and her journey is truly inspiring. She was referred by her doctor because of back pain—he knew that Pilates could help with both pain relief and alignment.


Anna is strong—she loves lifting weights—but like many professionals, she spends long hours at a desk. This can lead to postural imbalances, which often contribute to back discomfort. Our work together has focused on alignment, strengthening her posterior chain, and problem-solving her gym exercises to ensure she moves efficiently and pain-free.




How Pilates Has Helped Anna


Over the past 10 months, we’ve focused on strength, balance, and alignment—the foundation of my approach with all clients. Anna practices with me once a week and also on her own (she’s participating in my 30-Day Reset Challenge!).
