My event calendar is packed with opportunities to join me in person!
First up: the 5K Lake Windward Challenge on March 17—a perfect way to start St. Patrick’s Day. Hopefully, the luck of the Irish will be with all the runners! Words of Wisdom: Self-Confidence Starts from Within
I recently gave an elevator speech at the Alpharetta Business Association meeting—while standing on one foot the entire time!
Why? Because confidence in your body translates into confidence in life. When you trust your ability to balance, lift, and move with ease, that confidence carries over into making hard decisions, whether in business or personal life.
I never feel more empowered than when I can pick up a heavy weight, master a complex Pilates move, or even just move with ease and strength in my daily life. And guess what? My 10-day Pilates Primer is a fantastic way to start building that confidence in your body.
