March MATness
Well, hello there March — roaring in like a lion, and I’m over here trying to decide if I’m the lion, the zookeeper, or just the person hiding behind the snack cart hoping no one notices me.
March also means it’s time for March MATness, the month-long celebration of all things Pilates mat work. And what better way to celebrate than with my 10-Day Pilates Primer — designed to make Pilates accessible for absolutely anyone (even if you’ve spent the last decade believing your core was just somewhere in the general vicinity of your belly button).
✅ 10 minutes a day
✅ Beginner-friendly
✅ FREE with code: 10 DAY
I originally planned to charge for this program, but after some soul-searching (and several pep talks with my coffee mug), I realized the value of feeling strong, confident, and capable in your own body is priceless. So, I’m offering it for free — my passion project, straight from my heart to your mat.
All you have to do is enter code: 10 DAY at checkout to access it for FREE.
And if you love it? Share it with a friend — because everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin.
What else is new?

In honor of March MATness, I’m also rolling out more regular livestream classes — because Pilates is always better with friends (even if those friends are tiny squares on my screen). Check the Events Calendar to grab your spot in the next class. And because I love a good deal — INTRO offer 2 for the price of 1!
Throwback Time: What the Heck IS Pilates Anyway?

If you’ve ever wondered whether Pilates is a fancy dessert or some sort of meditative stretching ritual — you’re not alone. That’s why I’m bringing back this classic: a quick look at who Joseph Pilates was, what the Pilates method actually is, and why it might just be the perfect fit for you. Find out more below!

We all find comfort in our routines — they feel familiar, safe, and predictable. But when those routines no longer support the life we want to live, it’s time to step back and make a change.
As the saying goes, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result — a reminder I’ve been sitting with a lot lately.
Between wrapping up my Menopause Certification, reworking my business processes, launching new programs, and navigating my own changing hormones, I’ve felt the weight of stress in ways I didn’t expect. My energy has been unpredictable, my hunger cues are all over the place, and my mood has been equally challenging.
The constant behind-the-scenes work — updating websites, scheduling classes, creating content — all takes a toll. And my body has been quick to let me know when I’m pushing too hard.
But through all of it, Pilates brings me back — back to my breath, back to my body, back to a sense of calm and control. It’s my reminder that even on the busiest days, 10 minutes of intentional movement can make a real difference.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure where to begin, start there. Roll out your mat, enter code 10 DAY, and take that first step with me.
You’re not alone — and you deserve to feel strong, capable, and at home in your body.
You deserve it.
As Maya Angelou wisely said....
“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”
See you on the mat,
