Here's a great snack, breakfast, or in my house dessert, that you can make ahead for the week to grab and go. If you use non-fat Greek yogurt, it's non fat, high protein, good source of calcium, and vitamins and anti-oxidants from the blueberries. This yogurt parfait can be customized to adding different fruit, top with nuts for an added protein boost, or granola. It's something I eat everyday!
