I believe in a world where everyone is 85-90 and still going strong, playing golf, hiking, enjoying the most out of life because their body hasn't failed them, because they took the steps to prevent it along the way.  I want my clients to exude confidence in their bodies because they know the power of what their body can do with the power of their mind and determination.

I am deeply passionate about movement and nutrition, having embarked on this journey as an adult. This experience has shown me that it’s never too late to start! My husband, David, and I are empty nesters who love hiking, traveling, and visiting our son, who is in his final year of college. I understand the struggles of dealing with pain in movement and having a challenging relationship with food. My business is rooted in my passions: nurturing both the body and mind through movement and nourishment. I am dedicated to helping others find the strength to not just survive, but thrive.
