I’m excited to partner with Infinity Hot Yoga to offer a FREE Community All-Levels Flow class, and I’d love for you to join us!

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning to your mat after some time away, or have an established practice, this class is designed to meet you where you are. We’ll move with intention, build strength and mobility, improve balance, and take time to breathe—all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Although we’re meeting at Infinity Hot Yoga, this is not a hot yoga class. The room will be comfortably heated, making it the perfect opportunity to experience yoga in a relaxed setting.

This community class is my way of giving back, sharing my passion for movement, and creating space for people to connect through yoga. I’d love to see some familiar faces, and you’re welcome to invite a friend!
