Find Your Anchor is a guided movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through accessible, integrated movement and breath.
This session supports mobility, posture, and nervous system regulation—meeting the realities of midlife with intention rather than intensity. Movement may be seated, standing, or a combination, with options offered throughout so you can participate in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
This is not about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about moving with clarity, awareness, and purpose—so what you practice here carries into the rest of your day.
