About This Retreat

The Anchor & Shift Retreat: Anchored in Strength. Empowered in the Shift

The Anchor & Shift Retreat  is a thoughtfully designed experience for women 50+ navigating transitions in career, leadership, identity, and life structure. Change is inevitable. How you respond to it is a choice.

This retreat is for women who want to meet change with clarity rather than resistance—using strength, movement, reflection, and practical tools to stabilize during periods of transition and move forward with intention.

Through strength-based Pilates, grounding yoga practices, guided breathing techniques, structured reflection, and time in nature, participants reconnect with core values, establish steady anchor points, and build sustainable momentum. All movement sessions are accessible, adaptable, and designed to support a wide range of experience levels and physical needs.

This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.

It is about returning to yourself—focused, resourced, and prepared for what comes next.

Retreat Experience

Over three immersive days, the retreat integrates:

• Strength-based Pilates and functional movement

• Grounding yoga practices to support mobility, balance, and focus

• Guided breathing practices for nervous system regulation and clarity

• Reflective writing and facilitated integration sessions

• Time in nature for perspective, restoration, and recalibration

• Intentional community dialogue to support insight and accountability

Each element is designed to support clarity, confidence, and practical application—both personally and professionally.
