Let’s pause, breathe, and thrive—together. Whether you’re a current client, a past client, or Pilates-curious (with yoga coming soon!), you’re warmly invited to a relaxed, come-and-go lunch at my home studio.
When: 12:30–2:30 PM (drop in anytime)

What to expect: light lunch, easy conversation, studio tours, and a low-pressure chance to ask questions about Pilates (and soon yoga), community, and how to find your anchor to life. Bring a friend if you’d like—and you might even meet my studio supervisor, #Driffin the cat. 😸
