Last December, I woke up one morning and realized I was completely exhausted—not the kind of tired a nap can fix, but the deep, soul-level fatigue that comes from doing all the things for everyone else. The holidays had been a blur of family, food, work, and social media—all good things, but piled one on top of another until I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I was in full grind mode, running on autopilot and caffeine.

So when I booked a retreat in January called Reset, I didn’t realize just how much I needed it. I went in expecting yoga and mindfulness, maybe a little quiet time. What I got was something deeper: space. The space to listen to my own thoughts. To walk in the woods and hear the crunch of leaves under my feet. To let the cold air wake me up in the best way. And to have permission to choose what I wanted to do—and what I didn’t. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t have to perform or produce. I could just be.

That experience changed me. It reminded me how powerful it is to step away from the noise and come home to yourself. And that’s exactly what Anchor to Embodiment is designed to offer.

This retreat, co-hosted with Leslie Clayton, is an invitation to reset and reconnect—to your body, your energy, and your sense of self. Over three days at the beautiful Elohee Retreat Center in the North Georgia mountains, we’ll blend Pilates, OOV work, yoga, and breathwork with nourishing meals, nature walks, and meaningful conversation.

But this isn’t about filling your schedule with “wellness.” It’s about creating space—to rest, to reflect, to move, and to rediscover what thriving feels like. For some, embodiment might mean reconnecting with physical strength. For others, it’s finding emotional balance or spiritual calm. However it looks for you, this retreat is your opportunity to remember what it feels like to be whole.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to keep the experience intimate and personal.
